Installer Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the lead generation service provided by Certa Cito Digital Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By registering your interest or claiming a lead, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The service

We monitor publicly accessible UK online forums and social media platforms to identify homeowners who have expressed interest in solar panel installation. Each potential lead is scored by our AI system for buying intent, homeowner status, and location before being offered to installers.

When a qualifying lead is identified within your service area, we will notify you by email with a summary. You may then choose whether to claim it.

3. Eligibility

To use our service you must:

• Hold a current, valid MCS certification for solar PV installation
• Be a registered business operating in the United Kingdom
• Agree to contact leads in a professional and compliant manner
• Comply with all applicable laws including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) when contacting homeowners

4. Lead exclusivity and distribution

• Each lead is offered to a maximum of three MCS-certified installers.
• Leads are offered first to the geographically nearest eligible installers based on the postcode or location indicated in the original post.
• Leads are non-exclusive. You acknowledge that up to two other installers may also receive and claim the same lead.

5. Pricing and payment

• The price per lead is £35 + VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
• There is no subscription fee, no minimum commitment, and no retainer.
• Payment is due at the point of claiming a lead. A payment link will be provided with each lead notification.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 14 days' notice by email.

6. First lead offer

New registrants are eligible to receive their first lead free of charge to evaluate the quality of the service before committing to any payment. This offer applies once per business and is at our sole discretion.

7. Refund policy

All lead purchases are non-refundable. By claiming a lead you acknowledge that:

• The lead is sourced from a genuine, publicly visible online post at the time of identification
• A direct link to the original source post is included so you can verify authenticity
• We cannot guarantee that the homeowner will respond, accept a quote, or proceed with an installation
• The low per-lead price reflects the inherent variability of consumer enquiry conversion rates

If you believe a lead was materially misrepresented (e.g. the source post no longer exists or was clearly not a genuine homeowner enquiry), please contact us within 7 days and we will review at our discretion.

8. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your communications with homeowners, the quality of your service, and compliance with all applicable laws.
• You must not misrepresent yourself, your business, or your relationship with Certa Cito Digital when contacting homeowners.
• You must not share or resell lead information to any third party.
• You must maintain valid MCS certification throughout your use of the service and notify us promptly if your certification lapses.

9. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certa Cito Digital Ltd's liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time with no penalty. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms or act in a way that brings Certa Cito Digital into disrepute.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
